What is the difference between CoffeeDocs Co. Boxed Cold Brew and Classic Snapchill™ Coffee?

Although our Classic Snapchill™ Coffee and Boxed Cold Brew share many similarities, the production process is more intricate and extensive with the former. Our Classic Snapchill™ Coffee is brewed just like regular hot coffee and then quickly chilled to very low temperatures prior to canning so that the aromas and flavors of natural coffee are preserved. Just like with cold brew, our Classic Snapchill™ Coffee can be enjoyed right from the can or mixed with your favorite additions (milk, cream, etc.) for a more personalized flavor. The options with our Classic Snapchill™ Coffee are endless. Please note that our Classic Snapchill™ Coffee is only available in the can form. Our Boxed Cold Brew is not Snapchill™ and is truly cold brew.

Different people have different preferences to the taste of their cold coffee. Here at CoffeeDocs Co., we appreciate that and have acted accordingly. For those that prefer more natural aromas and tastes of hot coffee, we recommend trying our Classic Snapchill™ Coffee. For those that do not necessarily enjoy the strong flavors of coffee, but still like to know they are drinking coffee we recommend trying our Boxed Cold Brew. Either way - you never know if you like something until you try it. We encourage you to try both.

Can I buy coffee from CoffeeDocs Co. even if I am not a healthcare provider?

YES - of course you can! In fact, we encourage it. Our products are not solely reserved for any particular individual and all are welcome to enjoy are products and support our endeavors. Our business model is designed with healthcare workers in mind since they are a unique population that is known to rely heavily on coffee due to their long work hours. We recognize that there are many other career fields and individuals that work the same hours, if not more than, some healthcare providers do. For that reason, CoffeeDocs Co. is for everyone to enjoy!

How long does my order take to ship?

We work diligently to ensure that orders are fulfilled and shipped no later than 48 hours after purchase. However, please note that since we are a small business this may fluctuate as a result of product demand. On average, orders are delivered within 2-5 business days following fulfillment, with majority being delivered to the customer within 3 days following courier possession of your item(s). Please also note that orders are delivered via USPS or UPS and depending on package processing, these delivery times may vary due to circumstances out of our control. You can track your order with the order number provided to you via email after it has been fulfilled. We appreciate your patience. NOTE: merchandise products (i.e., mostly all other products besides coffee) are created on-demand and shipped via UPS Mail Innovations and therefore may be delivered by either UPS direct delivery services or USPS depending on the delivery location and demand for shipping at any particular time. Please allow for more time for order fulfillment and delivery on such products.

I accidentally ordered too much coffee, can I cancel my order? 

Orders that are cancelled prior to fulfillment will not be fulfilled*, pending charges will be cancelled, and all processed transactions on such orders will be reversed. Orders that are cancelled after 24 hours will likely not be refunded and the order will be fulfilled and shipped. Please allow up to 31 days for reversed transactions to be visible on your bank statement.

NOTE: *if an order is fulfilled prior to cancellation it will be shipped and the transaction will not be reversed under any circumstance.

Do you offer international shipping? 

CoffeeDocs Co. only offers shipping to locations within the continental United States. Orders with destinations to locations outside of our shipping capabilities will not be accepted at checkout. Our Operations & Logistics team is actively working to expand our shipping operations to accommodate for delivery to international locations. We apologize for any inconvenience.

What is your return policy? 

We do not accept returns - All Sales Final. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us at contact@coffeedocsco.com or file the issue with us in the ‘Contact Us’ tab on our website. We will do our very best to accommodate your concerns and provide reasonable and timely support to the issue you have experienced. We are committed to ensuring our customers are happy and satisfied with the products they purchase from CoffeeDocs Co. Each of our customers’ circumstances are unique and as such require unique responses to those concerns - we will gladly work with you to remediate any issues that arise.

My item is damaged, can I return the item in exchange for another product?

We do not accept returns - All Sales Final. In the unfortunate case your item is delivered damaged, please file a claim/report with the shipping agency and also file a report on our website under the ‘Contact Us’ tab so that we are aware of the shipping issue.

You may file a report with USPS at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. Make sure to take a picture of all damaged items. When filing, ensure to upload a picture proof of damage, a screenshot of your receipt from your order, your tracking number provided to you by us via email, and the date which your order was shipped. The added insurance on our packages is $0 USD. If your package arrives in a USPS priority mail package, insurance is already included per USPS Priority Mail Service. If you need assistance with this, please contact us at contact@coffeedocsco.com. Please note that we cannot submit the claim for you due to our domestic shipping policies.
